im still having this appetite for korean entertainment (um, been going on for the past four years, hehe)...anyway, just wanna update on my korean life, i have another blog entry ready but it's in my laptop, next tym na lang:
1. just finished Lovers in Prague...nice nice nice...right amount of drama and comedy na hindi slapstick...in fairness, ang galing mag-nihonggo nung bidang girl!
2. still crazy over Goong...I'm officially Goonged...while people are raving about the OC and the Da Vinci Code movie, i'm raving about this series...anyway, grabe, the lead girl, Chae Young is actually a member of baby VOX! (one of those sexy girl bands that's prevalent in the kpop scene)...she's currently the same age as i am but she plays a 19 y/o in the series...i was thinking that it is suitable because of her young looks so imagine my surprise when i saw her pictures in baby vox fashion! kakaiba! anyway, the guy playing Yul pala was a member of the now disbanded UN...so that's why he seems so familiar... the series wud soon start airing at ABS-CBN (grabe naunahan ang GMA! tsk tsk tsk, pabilisan na talaga eto!)
  3. speaking of abs-cbn...they would start showing this sitcomm, Let's Go!, la lang...so why d heck did i mention this wen i am a kapuso? because the show resembles Non-Stop, my favorite Korean sitcom of all time! argh! same setting, may ala Min-yong and Da-bin din...well ung ibang characters wala pa kong makitang counterpart sa nonstop (pero nonstop 3 lang napanood ko so who knows if may kapareho siya sa ibang season)...un lang, haayy, well good luck to them, at least newcomers clang lahat so la pa kong biases if ever i watch it. bakit naman kse hindi na lang ung mismong Nonstop ang i-import nila? kahit na i-dubb na rin matitiis ko...well cge na nga, at least hindi dadami ang karibal ko kay hansun, bwehehehe |
