my friends pointed out to me that I'm really becoming more and more like Miranda Hobbes in SATC... our cable (Cablelink, Pque Cable) is one of the less usual cables but they do air out some interesting channels. got bummed when Wowow was cut out (not for reasons YOU might think! haha) since they're up-to-date with the anime and even air movies earlier than HBO and other movie channels. it's the nerd/history buff in me that got all excited when the History Channel finally was shown a few months and now i have a new channel to obsess on...
The Biography Channel...real.life.stories....that's their tagline, btw, hehe. this is the reason why i didn't get much sleep lately, this is like E! True Holywood Stories, only broader, which makes me happier. in all fairness, the pieces are relatively recent from what i expected, and i even find myself being interested in people that i naturally won't be interested in (e.g. kylie minogue). so far, i love the fact that they did a piece on Rob Thomas and Michelle Kwan (although she's not my favorite skater, hehe). I even got to watch a piece on the Gucci dynasty! i do hope this channel stays on for a long time...
